This is once again a super easy but really delicious side dish.
you will need:
Red Potatoes
Ranch packet (not prepared)
olive oil
Pre-heat your oven to 400 degrees
wash and cut the red potatoes into small bite sized pieces
put this with some olive oil and the ranch packet in a bag then add the potatoes. shake the bag until the potatoes are all coated. pour the potatoes onto a greased cookie sheet and bake for 40 min.
